Alternate nylon webbing haul handles are also
located on the front top and bottom of the bag. The red arrows point
to the attachments for the optional shoulder strap. Current
model has these features but designed differently but basic concept is

The front of the Porter 46 features an external
zippered magazine pocket, shown above with models' hand inside. There
are also two daisy chains on the front outer magazine pocket, vertical
silver colored stripes in photo above. Four D-rings can also be seen
in the four corners of the front of the pack which are compatible with
Osprey Excessories such as the Daylite. . It has been slightly updated
on current model. Current model does not have the
front outer magazine pocket or the two daisy chains. |
Large zippered top pocket for easy-to-reach
storage. Features a key ring, seen in red inside the left part of the
pocket. The zipper pulls of the main compartment can be seen in photo
above and feature a lockable zipper (locks sold separately). Current

pockets but side pocket is a fabric pocket instead of a mesh pocket
