View of the Hilleberg Nallo 2 tent. The Hilleberg Nallo is an exoskeleton tent that is set up with the poles in the outer tent (fly). The inner tent is attached to the fly on the inside. The Nallo 3 & 4 are set up in the same manner and look identical to image shown.
Photo shows the Hilleberg Nallo 2 or Nallo 2 GT inner tent with two standard size Therm-a-Rest sleeping pads placed inside the tent. The inner tents of the Nallo GT versions are the same as the standard Nallo version inner tents. The inner tent of the Nallo tents can be set up without the outer tent, as shown at left, with optional pole holders.
The Hilleberg Nallo and Nallo GT tents feature a zippered vent at the rear of the tent (shown by red arrow) that can be partially or fully opened to provide increased ventilation.
The Hilleberg Nallo & Nallo GT inner tents can be set up separately to be used in warmer conditions. Four pole holders (sold separately) and an additional guy line are required to set up the inner tent without the outer tent. The two support poles are run through the elastic suspension loops that usually attach the inner tent to the outer tent, and toggles at the corners of the floor secure the pole holders to the inner tent.
