Return process outline

  1. Request a return
  2. During our normal business hours we will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization number
  3. Ship item(s) back to us, along with the RMA number
  4. Within 2-3 business days of us receiving the item(s) we will issue a refund

Return checklist

Items that are received back soiled (signs of usage, cologne, make up,etc) will not be accepted. A reasonable cleaning fee will be charged for items that require a light cleaning of common household dust and small amount of pet hair.

- Effective Feburary 5th, 2020 we will not accept returns with missing tags or manufacturer box.
- Orders placed before Feburary 5th, 2020 will incur a 15$ fee if missing tags or manufacturer box.
