Each Bloody Mary is made from 83 individually cut panels and baffles tailored to fit perfectly around the human form. And when these compartments are filled with the Goose down, they actually lift off of your body as the bag warms up. | 5'11" model inside the medium sized Bloody Mary. |
The Bloody Mary features a two-way zipper which allows for venting of the foot are on those warmer nights. | Blood Mary with full length zipper fully opened. |
The Bloody Mary features an interchangeable collar system. Three different levels of thermal protection are a zipper pull away. When the temperature is dropping fast, zip in the heaviest of the collars (top most collar above) and feel the snug warmth that is sealed in the main body section. Meanwhile, the hood envelopes your head with a perfect layer of insulation. As conditions lighten, zip out the heavy collar and put in the mid-weight collar (bottom collar above). This collar rests gently on you neck, providing some ventilation while holding most of your warmth in the bag. And finally, as summer is in full swing, don’t get a lighter bag, just leave the collars at home. | Image above shows the heavy-weight collar zipped to the bag, while the green arrow points to the internal pocket where the mid-weight collar can be stored. |
The Bloody Mary stuffed in it's included stuff sack is equivalent in weight to a gallon milk jug filled with water to 2.25". Stuffed size is approximately 15" × 6.5". |
