May be used alone or with SteriPen when clear water
is not available.
Fits Nalgene wide-mouth bottles
. Water is filtered by either
submersing the water bottle or by pouring water into the top of the
pre-filter. The pre-filter filters out particles as the water
drains into the water bottle. At that point, the water in the
bottle is clear and ready for treatment with the SteriPen.
Note: the blue component pictured at left is not a
drinking spout, it is an air valve for use when filling the water
bottle.
