The MSR Fling is an ultralight single wall shelter designed
for two people. The Fling uses a tunnel design with two main support
poles, and one removable pole which can be attached to the ridge of
the tent to make the Fling free standing with no need to stake out guy
lines from the front or rear of the tent. Photo at left shows the Fling
with the ridge pole installed on the tent for a freestanding setup.

The interior of the MSR Fling features two full length
side mesh vents, a rear mesh vent, mesh pocket, and a mesh window
panel on the fabric door. The photo at left shows the Fling with two
standard size Therm-a-Rest sleeping pads against the foot and sides
of the tent.
