The top pole is fully extended to the maximum of 61" (155 cm)
The bottom pole is collapsed for storage: 36" (92 cm)

the shaft. There is an adjustment scale on the telescoping section of
the Denali II poles. The scale makes it easy to set the pole to your
specifications
