Factory-taped, waterproof breathable MemBrain fabric protects against rains or snow while reducing internal condensation. The Marmot Alpinist Tent also includes a stowable vestibule for extra dry storage space.

5'11" model standing next to Marmot Alpinist. The Alpinist is a single wall tent with two Air Flow ceiling vents and an attached vestibule. Side view of the Alpinist is the same as opposite side. One of the two Air Flow ceiling vent awnings and center guy out point can be seen in photo above.

Rear of the Alpinist does not feature any entry. The rear wall guy out point can be seen in the middle of the rear wall. The Air Flow ceiling vent awning can be seen at the top left of the tent. The Air Flow ceiling vent has a fabric and mesh zippered flap that can be fully opened or closed. An extended awning from the outside of the tent protects the vent from the elements. There is an identical vent on the opposite side of the tent as well.
