Sizes run big because the Pro Signature jacket and pants are
designed to be worn over clothing.
If your height and weight happen to fall into a box
with bold, blue text, the fit should be good.
If your height and weight fall in a box with smaller, black text,
the fit will be proportionately big (loose) or long.

For example, if you are 5' 5" and 250 lbs, the sizing
chart indicates 2X (long +++). The garment should not be loose, because
your weight falls within the 230-285 lb weight range for 2X, but the garment
will be very long because it is designed for someone 6'3" to 6'8"
which is about 12" taller than you are.
Similarly, if you are 6' and weigh 115 lbs, the sizing chart
indicates L (big ++). The garment should not be too long because
you fit within the 5' 8" to 6' 3" height range for L, but the
garment will fit loosely because it is designed for someone weighing 150-190
lbs which is about 55 lbs heavier than you are.

Frogg Toggs Pro Signature Suit

The Frogg Toggs Pro Signature features a hood with a drawstring
adjustment which can be used to cinch the face opening smaller.

The parka of the Frogg Toggs Pro Signature suit has two
slash type openings which allow pass through access to pockets in clothing
worn underneath the rain suit.
The zipper on the front of the Frogg Toggs Pro Signature
parka is protected from water by a double layer storm flap which is secured
over the zipper with hook and loop fasteners (one of which is shown by
the red arrow in photo above)
The photo above shows a detailed view of the elastic waist
drawcord at the bottom of the parka which can be cinched tight to seal
around the waist. Note that the seams on the are taped on the inside of
the parka and pants to waterproof the suit (tape indicated by red arrow
in photo)
The Frogg Toggs Pro Signature pants have an elastic waistband
with an adjustable shock cord drawstring, and feature two slash type openings
which allow access to pockets in clothing worn underneath the suit.
The lower leg portions of the Frogg Toggs Pro Signature
have a 10 inch zipper on each leg to allow the pants to be put on over
shoes. The ankle closure is adjustable via a hook and loop strap (shown
in photo by red arrow).

Recommended Usage
Activities:
Appropriate: The Pro Signature suit is made of a lightweight
material that is well suited to high energy activities such as on-trail hiking/backpacking,
canoeing and bicycling.
Not appropriate: It is not designed to withstand rock abrasions or punctures from sharp objects and therefore is not appropriate for off-trail use.
Weather:
Appropriate: The Pro Signature suit is designed to keep
the user dry and protected from the wind and rain in moderate
to heavy all-weather conditions.
Not appropriate: It is not designed as an outer shell for extreme weather conditions.
Care
Label reads: "Hand or machine wash cold water. Drip dry only. Do not heat dry or dry clean. Avoid open flame or other ignition sources. Oil or alcohol based products cause permanent stains." Do not dry in a clothes drier.
Safety note from Backcountry Equipment: the material will melt and can burn if in contact with an open flame. It is advisable to remove the jacket, or at a minimum roll up the sleeves, prior to cooking with an open flame.
Use on motorcycles: If your motorcycle's exhaust pipe is exposed, please be aware that contact of the Frogg Togg pant leg with the pipe is likely to result in a singe or burn hole in the material near the ankle/shin area.
