The Technology:
Isolfil®: A non absorbent, wicking thermal fibre that won it's inventor the Nobel Prize for chemistry
Lycra®: To retain shape, Bridgedale uses Lycra by DuPont. Lycra offers the best stretch and recovery. There are a lot of cheaper fibers out there, but they don't work as well. Lycra is critical to sock fit and to minimize sock movement, and therefore minimize blisters.
MMS®
MMS®: Bridgedale's unique Moisture Management System that transfers moisture away
from the surface of the skin so your feet stay warm, dry and comfortable.
New Wool: New Wool is the first spin of wool which guarantees softness and quality. Many other wool yarns are spun from recycled wool, creating an unfortable itch. New Wool offers excellent insulation and is highly breathable.
